Houlihan Funding is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Because your privacy is important to you, we want you to understand how we collect information and use it.

Our privacy policy: If you pursue loans we offer either through our on-line application, by phone, or in person, we may seek a variety of personal information and supporting documents necessary to process your loan application.

Submission of a loan application authorizes us to order a credit report in order to process your loan application. We do not seek credit reports on all applicants. But, we reserve the right to supply your information, on a confidential basis, to credit reporting services to help us reach a loan decision.

We may also share your information, on a confidential basis, with investment partners, to help us process, fund and service your loan transaction.

Your contact information will be used by us to communicate with you about your loan application and your loan status.

Houlihan Funding does not share your information with outside companies or sell it for promotional use. We may, however, share it with employees at our parent firm, Houlihan and O’Malley, and occasionally use it to send you communications on service products we offer. You can opt out of receiving any promotional materials by sending an email to richs@houlihanomalley.com

Personal information will be protected by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, or unauthorized disclosure or copying.

How we use cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on your computer’s hard drive. We may use traffic log cookies to identify which web pages are being used to help us analyze data about our webpage traffic and to improve our website.
