Daniel J. Houlihan, Jr., who directs Houlihan & O’Malley Commercial Real Estate Services, became a principal of Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services in 1984. Since 1978, he has been active in the ownership, sale, leasing, management and valuation of real estate.Mr. Houlihan is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Public Accountant and holds the MAI designation of The Appraisal Institute. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the Bronx-Manhattan Board of Realtors and the Appraisal Institute.

Elizabeth H. Genovese holds the MAI designation of The Appraisal Institute.  She has completed the continuing education program for Designated Members of the Appraisal Institute.  She is a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser holding a license in the General category.  In addition she is an approved Supervisory Appraiser for the NYS Department of State.  Ms. Genovese graduated from Fordham University, Bronx, New York having received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and a minor in Economics in 1982.With more than 25 years of experience Ms. Genovese has appraised a broad spectrum of property types. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Appraisal Institute.  She serves on the board of directors of the Metro New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. 

Rich Salinaro, VP of Private Funding at Houlihan & O’Malley, has been with the firm since 2008. Mr. Salinaro primarily focuses on the private lending portion of the business but he also stays active in the commercial leasing market. Mr. Salinaro recently received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Real Estate and Marketing. Mr. Salinaro is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Westchester County Board of Realtors.

Gerry Houlihan is a licensed real estate broker with the commercial division of Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services. He specializes in leasing and selling restaurant, commercial, and retail properties. In 2006, after completing an extensive set of classes and exams, he became a Certified Business Intermediary. Since joining Houlihan & O’Malley, Mr. Houlihan has been involved in numerous large-scale transactions of commercial properties and has represented international franchising clients, including Dunkin Donuts, Fitness Together and Johnny Rockets. Mr. Houlihan is a current member of the New York Association of Business Brokers, the International Business Brokers Association, and the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Board of New York.
